摘要
目的 :观察党参总皂苷对实验性高脂血症的防治作用。方法 :采用高脂乳剂灌胃复制高脂血症大鼠模型 ,党参总皂苷按 30 ,10 0 ,30 0mg/kg 3种剂量灌胃给药 ,测定大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)和脂质水平。结果 :党参总皂苷能降低高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇 (TC)、三酰甘油 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)含量 ,提高NO和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)含量和HDL C/TC比值。结论
Objective:To study the effects of total saponins of Codonopsis(TSC) on experimental hyperlipemia model of rats.Method:Hyperlipemia models were prepared.And levels of blood lipid and NO in their serum were determined.Effects of TSC were studied at the dosages of 30,100,300 mg/kg by ig.Result:TSC could lower serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoprotein(LDL C), while increase high density lipoprotein(HDL C),HDL C/TC and NO.Conclusion:There are significant blood lipid regulating and anti oxidative effects of TSC.
