狗实验性脊髓型减压病两后肢完全性瘫痪模型制作

摘要 本文介绍了实验狗用4分钟时间加压至570±60kPa,停留120分钟后以10分钟时间匀速减至常压出舱。当狗出现两后肢自主运动障碍后,用300和700kPa方案进行不完全再加压治疗。14条狗治疗结束后都有两后肢完全性瘫痪,并用病理切片证实了实验狗的脊髓损伤。文章还就暴露压力、时间、减压速度及治疗方案等问题进行了讨论。 In order to set up experimental model of a complete paralysis of dog′s hind legs for studying DCS of spinal cord type, 14 dogs had been used. Within 4 minutes, the chamber in which the dogs stayed was pressurized up to 570± 60kPa by air. This presure had to be kept for 120 minutes, then uniformly decompressed to 1 ATA (101.3kPa) with 10 minutes. After the appearance of the symptom of traumatic spinal cord of those dogs for a relevant period, recompression treatment under 300kPa or 700kPa would be administrated as scheduled. As the above treatment ended, all the dogs would result in a complete paralysis on their hind legs with 0 degree myotility, and would complicate with retention of urine. Pathological check had proved the spinal cord damage of the experimental dogs.
