摘要
有机溶剂应用广泛,产量日益增加。关于有机溶剂对人体健康的影响,特别在神经系统毒作用方面的研究,国内外已有报道。但低浓度混合性有机溶剂对女工健康的影响,尚未见系统和综合性的报道。为此,作者对试剂行业接触多品种低浓度有机溶剂的女工进行内科、妇科、神经传导速度,简单反应时间、神经行为功能、遗传毒理以及血清铜,锌、铁等微量元素的测定和研究,并对健康的可能危害作了初步探讨。
109 female workers having occupationally exposed to benzene, toluene, xylene, chloroform, chlorobenzene, acetates, methanol and eyclohaxanone, and 98 non-exposure female workers taken as control were investigated. Prevalence of fatigue irregular menstrual cycle, abnormal pregnant outcome and SCE rate were found to be higher in the exposed group than those in control(P<0.05). Analysis of Blood samples revealed that the levels of Zn and Hb were lower in exposed workers than that in control. No significant difference of the measured values of both Nerve Conduction VeIocities(NCV) and Simple Reaction Time(SRT) was found between those two groups. The results showed that occupational exposure to organic solvents mixture might pose a potential risk to female workers even in rather low concentration. It suggested that special protection for female workers in such a job would be necessary.
