摘要
本文利用寿命表法对韶关市5574例尘肺病人(包括1389例死亡病例)进行了调查分析,并对尘肺病人的寿命损失作了初步探讨。结果表明①尘肺病人的健康水平明显下降;②尘肺病人平均寿命损失为20.94岁,平均寿命损失百分率为66.46%;③平均预期寿命损失随发病年龄增大而减少。
5574 cases of pneumoconiosis(include 1389 dead cases) in Shaoguan area were studied and analyzed by life-span table method. The life loss of the pneumoconiotic patients were also calculated. The results showed that: ① the healthy level of the pneumoconiosis patients was shown to be obviously lowered, ② the loss of average life-span of pneumoconitic patients was assumed to be 20.94 years, showing the rate of loss as 66.46 percent; ③ the loss of average expected life-span seemed to be less as the incidental age for pneumoconiosis getting older.
