醋酸铅对小鼠精子毒作用和雄性生育力的影响 被引量:8

The spermotoxicity of lead acetate in mice and its effect on reproductive function.

摘要 本文通过慢性经口染毒试验,观察了醋酸铅对雄性小鼠的精子形态、精子数量、精子运动能力和雄性生育力的影响,及生殖器官的组织病理学改变。结果表明,饲以1%醋酸铅饲料3个月可出现精于畸形率增高,血铅明显升高;2%醋酸铅可使精子运动能力下降,精子计数减少,睾丸出现轻度损伤;4%醋酸铅可影响雄性生殖机能,平均活胎数减少,总死胎率升高。提示醋酸铅对雄性小鼠生殖细胞有潜在的诱变能力,并能使雄性生育力降低。 The effects on sperm shape, sperm count, sperm motility and other on reproductive function as well as the histopathological change of genital organs in male mice with oral subchronic exposure to lead acetate of for 3 months were studied. The results indicated that lead acetate level of 1% showed an adverse effect on the spermatozoa of mice by increasing their deformity rate, lowering their vitality, decreasing sperm count and slight damage in the testis, with obvious augmentation of blood Pb. However, those exposure level up to 4% resulted in decrease of fertility index as well as average number of live foetus, and increase of general death rate of foetus. It suggested that lead acetate might have a potential mutagenic effect to genital cell of male mice, resulting in decreasing their fertility.
