摘要
目的 :分析创伤程度与血清Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn含量变化的相关性及有关机理。方法 :选用 2 8只Wistar大鼠 ,随机分为软组织损伤组和骨折组 (包括软组织损伤 ) ,术前和术后 1、3、7d分别测定其血清Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn的含量 ,通过成组t检验进行比较。结果 :创伤后第 1d血清Fe含量和第 3d血清Zn含量均明显下降 ,与术前相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;第 3d血清Cu含量明显升高 ,与术前相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血清Mn含量无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;在同一时期内 ,Zn和Cu的变化幅度以骨折组更为明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,表现出Zn、Cu含量变化与创伤程度有一定相关性。结论 :创伤可引起血清Zn、Fe、Cu含量的变化 ,且Zn、Cu含量变化与创伤程度有一定相关性。
Objective:To analyze the correlation and its mechanism between trauma and trace elements Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn in serum.Methods:28 Wistar rats were used in the experiment and they were divided into two groups by randomization,Fractured group and unfractured group.The concentrations of Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn in serum were determined preoperatively and 1,3,7 days postoperatively respectively.The results were compared by t test method.Results:The concentration of both Fe in the 1 day and Zn in the 3 day postoperatively was decreased significantly compared to that preoperatively.The concentration of Cu in the 3 day postoperatively was increased significantly compared to that preoperatively.The concentration of Mn had no change.In the same period,the varying degrees of Zn and Cu were more distinct in fractured group than that in unfractured group.Conclusions:The concentration of Zn,Fe and Cu in serum can be affected by trauma and their varying degrees have some correlation with trauma too.
