端粒酶活性在血管瘤中表达的意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :为探讨端粒酶活性表达与血管瘤病变发展中出现的生长自限性现象间的关系。方法 :按年龄将血管瘤病人分成 3组 ,Ⅰ组为 2岁以内的婴幼儿 ;Ⅱ组为年龄自 3~ 18岁的病人 ;Ⅲ组为年龄超过 18岁的病人。利用TRAP法测定每组病人肿瘤组织中的端粒酶活性 ,同时进行病理组织学观察。将测定的端粒酶活性表达情况与不同年龄组血管瘤病理学特点进行综合分析。结果 :Ⅰ组的端粒酶活性检出率高 ,其强阳性表达率也高 ;Ⅱ组端粒酶活性表达率较高 ,其强阳性表达率低 ;Ⅲ组的端粒酶活性表达率低 ,无强阳性表达。Ⅰ组的病理学特点为大量的致密的内皮细胞团 ,增殖活跃 ,管腔小而不明显 ;Ⅱ组增殖活跃的内皮细胞减少 ,可见较多的管腔 ;Ⅲ组增殖的内皮细胞少见 ,有明显管腔形成 ,可见纤维化及脂肪浸润。结论 :端粒酶活性与血管瘤主要成分内皮细胞的增殖状态密切相关 ,影响内皮细胞的增殖能力 ,进而影响血管瘤的生长状态。 Objective:To probe the correlation between telomerase activity and self-limited growth during the development of hemangioma lesion.Methods:According to age, the patients were divided into three groups ; namely , group Ⅰ,the children within 2 years old; group Ⅱ,the patients from 3 to 18 years old ; group Ⅲ,the patients beyond 18 years old.Telomerase activity of the neoplasm in each group was assayed by TRAP method; and moreover, the histo-pathological features were observed. The expression of telomerase activity and the pathological characteristic in the hemangioma of different-aged groups were analyzed overall.Results:Telomerase activity of group Ⅰ was often detected and so done the intensive telomerase activity.Telomerase activity of group Ⅱ was highly detected but the intense telomerase activity was seldom detected.The expression of telomerase activity in group Ⅲ was low and the intense activity in group Ⅲ was none.In group I, the mass , compact crowd of endotheliocyte proliferated actively; and the vascular vessels were few and unobvious. In group Ⅱ, actively proliferative endotheliocytes were many,so were the vessels. In group Ⅲ, proliferative endotheliocytes were rare and the apparent vessels were found.The fibrosis and the infiltration of fat tissue were also found.Conclusions:Telomerase activity was highly correlative with the proliferation of endotheliocyte of hemangioma.The activity have effect on the proliferation of endotheliocytes and further affect the growth of hemangioma.
