不同氧化锆含量对氧化锆增韧的纳米复合陶瓷(Al_2O_3n-nZrO_2)基体性能影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :研究氧化锆的添加量对Al2 O3 /nZrO2 纳米复合陶瓷基体物理及力学性能的影响。方法 :采用包裹共沉淀法与湿法球磨相结合的方法合成Al2 O3 /nZrO2 纳米复合陶瓷粉体 ,制备氧化锆质量百分数分别为 5 %、10 %、15 %及 2 0 %的复合粉体 (W ) ,以及氧化锆质量百分数分别为 12 .5 %、2 5 %的In -Ceram Zirconia粉体 (V)作为对照。采用粉浆涂塑法制作力学性能测试所需的试件样本进行线收缩率、堆积密度、三点抗弯强度及断裂韧性的测试。结果 :①氧化锆添加量对于W基体的线收缩率、堆积密度无显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;②W基体的三点抗弯强度及断裂韧性随氧化锆添加量的增多而显著增强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;③微观结构观察发现W基体断口起伏不平 ,细小颗粒密密麻麻布满稍大颗粒的间隙及表面 ,彼此熔接成片。结论 :氧化锆添加含量对复合体基体的力学性能有显著影响 ,独特的微观结构是力学性能提高的物质基础。 Objective:The aim of this paper was to investigate the influences of zirconia content on shrinkage rate,packing density and mechanical property of our Al 2O 3/nZrO 2 matrix,which was compared with two control materials at the same time.Methods:Processing the zirconia toughened glass infiltrated nanometer-ceramic composite (Al 2O 3/nZrO 2) powder with combination of chemical co-precipitation method and ball milling.Four kinds of powders with 5%,10%,15% and 20% ZrO 2 respectively were prepared by using α-Al 2O 3 powder to dilute the high ZrO 2 content powder (W).In the same way,prepared the In-Ceram  Zirconia powder with 12.5% and 25% ZrO 2.Then made the specimens of matrix for properties tests.The fractography of fractured specimens were observed with SEM.Results:①According to the statistical result (one way ANOVA),there is no significant difference of shrinkage rate,packing density (P>0.05) between the groups with different zirconia volume fraction except 12.5%V group (P<0.05);②There is significant difference of mechanical property (P<0.05) between the groups with different zirconia volume fraction except 10%W and 15%W group (P> 0.05 ).Conclusions:So the addition of zirconia does not shift the shrinkage rate and packing density of the matrix generally,but reinforce the ceramic matrix significantly.So the addition of zirconia does not shift the shrinkage rate and packing density of the matrix generally.
