bFGF与缺氧缺血性脑损伤的修复 被引量:5

摘要 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)是一种在体内分布广泛,对多种细胞尤其是神经元和神经胶质细胞的增殖、分化功能有强烈调节作用的生物活性因子。新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤具有较高的病死率和神经系统后遗症发生率。体内外动物实验证实,bFGF可以促进神经元和神经胶质细胞的增殖、存活和生长,尤其在损伤早期,给予外源性bFGF可以明显提高受损部位周围脑组织存活神经元数目。
