摘要
目的 :观察眼血散方对实验性玻璃体积血的治疗作用及机理。方法 :用兔自体血造成玻璃体积血模型 ,设立空白对照组、模型对照组、尿激酶对照组及根据祛瘀化痰法组方的眼血散治疗组 ,7W后观察检测玻璃体Fe2 + 浓度、蛋白浓度、超氧化物歧化酶 (Superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性及III型前胶原 (PCIII)、IV型胶原 (IVC)浓度。结果 :眼血散治疗组蛋白浓度及PCIII、IVC含量明显低于各对照组 ;SOD活性显著高于各对照组 ;Fe2 + 浓度亦明显降低 ,但与尿激酶对照组疗效无差异。结论 :眼血散方促进玻璃体积血吸收与清除铁离子 ,降低蛋白浓度、提高SOD活性的作用有关 ,并可通过降低III型前胶原和IV型胶原 。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of yanxuesan prescription on experimental vitreous hemorrhage of rabbits.Methods:The models of vitreous hemorrhage were done with blood fiom iteslf,and divided into normal group?untreated group?prescription group with wester medicine?group with yanxuesan,after the rabbits had been fed and administrated for 7 weeks,the concentrations of Fe 2+and protein,the activity of superoxide dismutast (SOD) and the concentrations of procollagen III (pcIII) and IV collagen (IVC) were detected.Results:Contrasted with the group of wester medicine and untreated group,the concentrations of protein?pc III and IVC in the treated group with yanxuesan were decreased obviously and the activity of SOD was improved.The concentration of Fe 2+ was lower than that in the untreated group,but it was no differcnce from that in the group of wester medicine.Conclusion:Yanxuesan prescription can promote the absorption of vitreous hemorrhage.The mechanism is related to remove Fe 2+,decrease the concentration of protein and improve the activity of SOD.It can also inhibit the occurrence and development of proliferative pathology by decreasing the concentration of pcIII and IVC.
