摘要 用 10 0 0ml圆锥形玻璃罐 ,在温度、盐度相同条件下 ,通过投喂海水小球藻、酵母及小球藻和酵母的混合饵料 ,研究了其对轮虫产生休眠卵的影响 ,结果表明 :投喂海水小球藻有利于轮虫休眠卵的产生。 The dietary effect on the formation and release of rotifer resting eggs was studied in this experiment. The rotifer was cultured in 1000ml flask in the condition of same temperature and salinity, and fed respectively with marine chlorella, bakery yeast, and the combination of marine chlorella and bakery yeast. The results showed that marine chlorella benefited the formation and release of rotifer resting eggs. And it provided scientific basis for large scale production of rotifer resting eggs.
