摘要
分析卡萨利公司研制开发的卡萨利Z型塔板及卡萨利高效塔板的结构和原理 ,通过与传统标准类型塔板进行比较 ,阐述新型塔板的优越性。应用实例说明使用新型塔板可以大大提高CO2 转化率 ,减少蒸汽消耗。
This article analyzes the structure and principle of Casale new type Zigzag trays and Casale High Efficiency trays developed by Casale Company,and describes the advantages of the new type reactor trays by comparing them with the traditional standard of reactor trays.It is illustrated that applying the High Efficiency trays can greatly increase CO 2 conversion and decrease steam consumption.
