摘要
论述了自行研制的钢轨全断面有效温度测试仪的原理及结构。提出了钢轨全断面有效温度的概念 ,并给出了数学模型。对实验数据进行了数理统计 ,从而得出了钢轨同一断面温度的分布曲线 ,并分析了有效温度与平均温度、环境温度与有效温度、轨顶温度与轨底温度的相关关系。
The principle and structure of the self made testing instrument for measuring the effective temperature in the full cross section of steel rail are described and discussed in this paper. The conception of the effective temperature in full cross section of steel rail was proposed and the mathematical model was set forth. Mathematical statistics was put forward on experimental data so as to obtain the temperature distribution curve on the same cross section of the steel rail. The relationships between the effective temperature and the average temperature, between the environmental temperature and the effective temperature, and between the rail top temperature and the rail bottom temperature, are analyzed.
