摘要
应用风险分析的基本思想 ,对铁路、公路桥涵抗洪能力评估进行了初步研究 。
Based on the risk analysis theory,the assessing method of fight flood performance for existing bridge-culvert in Jiaotong civil engineering is presented in this paper,and the example is given.
