摘要
本文针对涤纶帘子布和EP、EE帆布的二浴浸胶工艺 ,对封闭异氰酸酯的性能及应用进行了研究。研究结果表明 :封闭异氰酸酯的加入量、解封温度对粘合力有较大的影响 ;用国产封闭异氰酸酯作为浸胶粘合剂 ,其帘线和帆布与橡胶的粘合力达到使用进口封闭异氰酸酯的粘合力水平。国产封闭异氰酸酯的应用对降低生产成本具有重大意义。
The performance and application of blocked diisocyanate as dipping adhesive activated agent for polyester tire cord and EP, EE conveyor fabric double dipping process are studied in this paper. It shows that the amount of blocked diisocyanate in the D 417 solution and unblocking temperature has effects on the adhesion performance. Using Chinese made blocked diisocyanate as dipping agent, the products adhesion performance reaches the same level of those dipped with imported blocked diisocyanate. It also offers very good economic benefits.
