摘要
根据在磷酸介质中,铅(Ⅱ)—碘化钾—罗丹明B形成的紫色缔合物可被苯定量萃取,而提出一个测定食品工业废水中微量铅的新方法—萃取光度法。研究结果表明,在适量硫尿存在的情况下,对于废水中常见的二十几种元素离子均无干扰。本法可直接用于工业废水样品中微量铅的测定,精密度和准确度良好。
This paper puts forward a new method of analysing trace lead in food industrial waste water -extraction luminosity method which is based on purple chemical compound formed by lead (Ⅱ) ,potassium iodine and luodanming B which can be extracted quantitatively by benzene.The result of study indicates that this method is reliable at the presence twenty kinds of common elements in the waste water under proper thiourea condition.The method can be directly applied to analyze trace lead in the sample of wast e water.The accuracy and precision of the method is very g ood.
