摘要
研究以水浮莲叶为原料制取叶绿素铜钠的工艺,通过正交试验找出最佳工艺条件为:用95%乙醇在70℃提取1h,5%NaOH溶液皂化50min,20%CuSO4溶液铜代40min,2%NaOH溶液成盐。按本工艺条件所得水浮莲叶的叶绿素铜钠产品符合GB3262-82标准,得率(以鲜叶计)为0.70%~0.80%。
This paper studies the technolog ical process of sodium copper chlorophyll from water lettuce leaves.Based on orthog onal experiment,the best reaction conditions have been chosen as follows:extraction for 1hour by 95%ethanol at 70℃,saponification for 50min by 5%NaOH,reaction with20%CuSO 4 for 40min,preparation of sodium copper chlorophyll by 2%NaOH.The quality of the product accords with the specification of China National Standard GB3262-82.The yield was 0.70%~0.80%(fresh water lettuce leaves).
