立式十二轴三工位回转台式组合机床液压控制部分的改进设计

摘要 机床安装后不能实现预期动作,原因是当离合器需要脱开时液压系统的工作压力过低,无法使离合器分离。本文对机床的液压——电气控制部分进行了改进设计,主要使离合器脱开动作延时到动力头快进结束之后进行,并使液压系统的夹紧油缸支路始终保持额定工作压力。改制后的机床能按原设计动作正常运行。 After set, this kind of machine can't work as expected. The reason is that the clutch can't seper-ate when needed because of too low working pressure in liquid system. The paper discusses the method for improve the liquid-electric control system. The key is the clutch's seperating is postponed to swift moving of the power unit, and the specified working pressure is kept in clamped oil cylinder of liquid system in all time. The machine tool improved following the theory works well.
