摘要
综述了激光辐照下光学元件表面波纹产生的实验技术、机理和规律,并提出了波纹现象可能的应用领域。
The mechanisms, laws, and experiment technology of laser induced ripples on the surface of optical devices aresummarized and analyzed. The possible applications of this ripple phenomena are also given.
