摘要
论述了网络管理中计费管理的地位和作用 ,设计了一种网络计费管理系统 .本计费系统包括两部分 :一是提供给管理员的计费管理系统 ,该部分具有计费数据采集、数据统计处理、费用查询、报表打印等功能 ;另一部分是提供给上网用户 ,在 Internet网上查询费用的Web查询系统 .两部分共同构成了一个完善的网络计费管理系统 .
The fundamentality of the accounting management in network management are discussed,and a network accounting system is implemented.The system includes two parts:one is accounting management for the administrator collecting account resource data,which has the functions of analysing and dealing with the data , querying the network fee,printing report forms and so on;The other is Web query system for the user to query network fee on line.The two parts make up of a perfect network accounting management system in together .
