摘要
本文对主轴径向平面运动作了进一步的数学分析,得到了描述该运动的各种曲线方程的向量形式,它们具有广泛的意义;利用这些方程对主轴径向平面运动进行了运动学分析;阐明切削加工圆度误差与标准球心径向误差运动的正一次谐波无关,而与其非正一次谐波有关;明确了标准球偏心的物理意义。
In this paper further mathematical analysis on the spindle radial plane motion is made, the vectorial forms of various curve equations are derived which describe the characteristic of the motion. the equations are of extensive value, then kinematic analysis for the motion is made with the equations; it is expounded that the roundness error of machining has no concern with the plus primary harmonic or the radial error motion of the master sphere center, and is concerned with non-plus primary harmonic of it; the physical meaning of the eccentricity of the master sphere is defined.
