摘要
为考查各工艺因素的不同水平对着色剂在酚醛胶液中稳定性的影响 ,采用单因素试验方法 ,分别对不同水平的胶液温度、搅拌速度、搅拌时间和胶液密度对着色剂在胶液中的稳定情况进行了比较分析。结果表明 ,提高胶液温度和搅拌速度 ,延长搅拌时间 ,增加胶液密度 ,可以提高着色剂在胶液中的稳定性。最佳工艺参数为胶液温度 75~ 80℃ ,搅拌时间 4 0~ 5 0 min,搅拌速度 10 0~ 110 r/ min,胶液密度 1.1~ 1.2 g/
The effects of technical factors in different levels including adhesive temperature, stiring speed and time, as well as adhesive density on the stability of pigment in phenol formaldehyde resin were studied by single factor test method. Results showed that with the increase of the adhesive temperature, the mixing speed, the adhesive density and the mixing time, the stability of pigment in adhesive could be improved. The optimal factors were the temperature of 75~80 ℃, the mixing time for 40~50 min, the mixing speed of 100~110 r/min and the adhesive density of 1.1~1.2 g/cm 3.
