十字焊接接头(开剖口)疲劳强度试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对模向承载开剖口十字焊接接头的疲劳试验,研究了此类接头的疲劳裂纹萌生的位置和扩展行为及接头的破坏情况.求得了开割口接头的S—N曲线,用升降法测得接头在指定寿命(1×10~6周)下条件疲劳板限。为工程上焊接构件的设计使用提供了疲劳设计数据和设计曲线。 In the paper, the fatigue tests of the grooved transvers load-carrying cruiform welded joints had been carried out, Researched the location of the initial fatigue crack of joints and the behavior of the crack growth and the failures of joints, Obtained the condition fatigue limits (l×l0~6 cycles) by using stair case. The fatigue data and design cures were provided for the designing of welded structures in engineering.
