摘要
自然灾害严重地威胁着人类的生活和生存,联合国把1990—20O0年定为国际减灾十年.地质灾害是自然灾害中主要组成部分,本文分析了河南地震、黄河淤积、边坡失稳及地下水位下降等主要地质灾害及环境地质问题的特点、区域性分布规律.并提出了河南省减灾十年对策的初步构想.
Natural caiamites are seriously threatenilg the life and existence of human kind. Gener- ally it is shown concern by people all over the world. The united nations has appointed the year of 1990 to the years of 2000 as the international ten-years of reducing of natural calamites. Geo- logical catastrophe is the main part of natural calamites. In the history of Henan natural calamites are frequently occured. In this paper the auther has analysed the characteristies of the main geo- logical catastrophe in Henan, such as the earthquakes, the sedimentation in the Yellow River, the instability of side slopes, and drop of ground water table and their law of regional distribution. Also the preliminary scheme of the ten years reducing of natural calamites is proposed.
