摘要
从有性繁殖及无性繁殖技术上对我国丛生竹主要培育技术现状进行总结的基础上 ,分析了常规培育技术的不足 ,对丛生竹工厂化育苗技术 ,以及利用现代生物技术进行竹种性状遗传改良、人工促进有性杂交育种等发展方向作了初步探讨。
The present situation of cluster bamboo cultivation of China including sexual propagation and vegetative propagation was summarized. The shortcomings of the ordinary cultivation methods were analyzed as well. It was suggested the seedling methods compliance with the requirements of industrialization of cluster bamboo, genetic improvement of cluster bamboo by using the modern biological techniques, breeding strategy through hybrid aided by artificial measures should be taken as the main development orientation of cluster bamboo research in the future.
