摘要
本文对莫比朗3%乳油在烟草、土壤中的残留分析方法及消解情况进行了研究。试验采用甲醇提取,二氯甲烷萃取,层析柱净化的方法。回收率在82.59%～103.96%之间,标准偏差为2.01%～11.48%。试验结果表明,莫比朗在烟叶及土壤中消解率均较快。莫比朗在烟叶中半衰期为1.59d～1.65d,施药后10d消解率达90%以上;土壤中半衰期为0.88d～1.61d,施药后10d消解率达90%以上。最终残留试验中,按36g/hm2有效成分施药(常用药量的两倍),最后一次施药距采收15d时,烟叶中残留量在3.4mg/kg以下。建议在常量条件下施药后的安全间隔期为15d。
This paper introduces residue analysis methods and decomposability of3%mospilan emulsifiable concentrate(EC)used in tobacco and soil.The samples were analyzed after dissolving with carbinol,extracting with dichlormethane and cleansing with florisil loaded in packed column.The range of reclaim rate was from82.59%to103.96%,the standard deviation was no more than11.48%.The dynamic residue experiment results showed mospi-lan was decomposed quickly,the half-life of mospilan was1.59to1.65days in tobacco leaves and0.88-1.61days in soil.10days after application,90%was decomposed.The finally residue experimental results showed the redimental level is under3.4mg/kg,when double normal dosage(36g/hm 2 )was used15days before harvest.It is advised the time of safety alternation is15days.
