摘要
本文研究了用 meso—四(4—磺酸苯基)卟啉光度法测定铋的条件。在pH3.7有乳化剂 op 存在时,铋与 meso—四(4—磺酸苯基)卟啉形成1:2的络合物,摩尔吸光系数为2.91×10~5L·mol^(-1)cm^(-1)。最大吸收在468nm。
The conditions for spectrophotometric determination bismuth by the colour reaction of TPPS_4 with bismuth hase been studied,At pH3.7 and inthe presence of OP.the colour complex has maximum absorption at 468nm,Its apparent molar absorptivity is.2.91×10~5 L.mol^(-1)· cm^(-1).The molar ratio of Bi^(3+)to TPPS_4 in complex was found to be 1:2.Beer's law is obeyed for bismuth in the range of 0~20μg/25ml
