摘要
我省医学院校整体创新能力和可持续创新能力不足。医学院校必须充分利用现有的人才资源和信息资源 ,建立人才共享型、校校联合型、课题参与型、校企合作型、学术交流型和投师名门型等多元化的人才共享和人才培养模式 ,发挥出创新人才培养的整体优势效应。重点是转变教育观念和教学模式 ,充分发挥学科带头人作用 ,进一步强化有效的竞争和激励机制 。
The medical colleges in our province are weak in overall creativity and sustained creativity. It is advisable for medical colleges to make full use of the available man and information resources, establish multiple personnel-sharing and personnel-cultivating modes in which the professional personnel is shared, colleges are integrated, research projects are jointly carried out, the colleges and enterprises are cooperated with each other, and the academic knowledge is intercommunicated, thus giving play to the superior effect for the cultivation of creative innovators. Emphasis should be laid on changing education concepts and teaching modes, making best use of the role of the leading personnel of each subject, and further strengthening effective competition and excitement mechanism and institution guarantee.
