摘要
本文研究了锁相电反馈半导体激光器(LD)作为光锁相环(OPLL)本振时,OPLL 的噪声性能,给出了本振的相位传递函数,对噪声特性进行了数值分析。
The noise properties of optical phase-locked loop with electrical feedback semicon- ductor laser as local oscillator are presented.The phase transfer function of the local oscillator is given.
