摘要
生殖器疱疹(GH)是由单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染引起的一种常见的易复发性传播疾病。
T-lymphocyte subpopulation and level of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) of peripheral blood were determined in 45 cases of genital herpes (GH).Elevated level of sIL-2R (P<0.001),decrease of CD_4^+ cells (P<0.05),increase of CD_8^+ cells (P<0.005) and decrease of CD_4^+ cells/CD_8^+ cells (P<0.001 ) were found in GH group as compared with the normal controls.These results suggested that cellular immunity was impaired in GH patients.The level of serum sIL-2R is related to cellular immunity in GH patients;therefore, the assay of sIL-2R may be of value in estimating the cellular immunity of the patients.
