摘要
为探讨 PRL、E_2与脑梗塞和病人性功能的相互关系,测定73例男性脑梗塞和51例非脑梗塞病人的PRL、E_2,今报告如下:一、对象和方法:1.脑梗塞组:男性73例,平均年龄60.2岁,均经头颅 CT 证实,既往无内分泌、代谢疾病。2.对照组:男性51例,平均年龄52.3岁。
Plasma prolactin and estradiol contents in 73 male patients with cerebral infarction and 51 male patients without cerebral infarction were determined by radioimmunoassay.The results showed that the pro- lactin and estradiol levels in the group with cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in the group without cerebral infarction(P<0.05 and 0.01,respectively).It is suggested that higher prolactin and estradiol contents are related to cerebral infarction and functional disturbance of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis, and also related to sexual hypofunction in the patients.Their interrelationship and mechanism are discussed.
