摘要
目的 :探讨髋关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的发病、临床及影像学特点。方法 :观察 3 1例髋关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的发病特点 ,并对X线、CT、MRI检查进行评价。结果 :髋关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎以青年女性多见 ,多有外伤史 ,病程长 ,症状进行性加重 ,关节功能多无明显受限 ,易出现骨关节破坏。X线、CT、MRI检查有特征性表现 ,其中MRI是诊断髋关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的敏感性指标。结论 :髋关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎并不少见 ,典型者据临床表现及X线可作出诊断 ,必要时行MRI进一步明确诊断。
Objective: To study the clinical symptom and image findings.Methods:The 31 cases with hip joint PVS whose characteristics of clinical symptom and image were analyzed.Results:Most of the patients are youth female,with trauma history,longer course,progressive severity symptom.The function of hip joint is approximate normal.It is easy to see the destruction of articular cartilage and bone.X ray and CT and MRI are useful image analysis on PVS of hip joint.MRI is a sensitive examination.Conclusions:The PVS of hip joint has not a few cases,typical case can be diagnosed according to clinical symptom and X ray.Diagnosis can be confirmed by MRI further.
