摘要
本文讨论了在研制“脉冲——直流两用晶体管弧焊逆变器”的工作中.为避免过高的短路浪(?)电流所采取的措施,同时也讨论了减小功率晶体管开关损耗和缩短晶体管贮存时间的方法。
During the process of developing a transistor arc welding inverter with pulsed and direct current, a few measures for preventing the power transistors impacting from a surge current, caused by short-circuit, have been adopted. These measuers are discussed in this paper, also some ways for decreasing switching power consumption and storage time of power transistors are introduced.
