摘要
本文通过采用灰色系统理论的关联度及模糊数学的相关度来研究焊缝金属的断裂性能。 在本试验条件下,试验结果表明:两种方法都能用于焊缝金属断裂性能的综合评定,面且对计算断裂性能值及转变温度曲线间区分的判别获得有益的启示,即做到用转变温度曲线方法所不能做到的区分断裂性能的差异。 两种方法既简单容易且与试验结果吻合得非常好,因此用数学方法即模拟的焊缝金属断裂性能的数学模型是适当的,最后的b参数就反映了塑—脆转变性能的比率.
This paper investigats the fracture behaviour of the weld metals by using the correlation degree of grey system theory and the relative approach degree of fuzzy mathematics. The results have shown: both methods can bo used to evaluate comprehensively the fracture behaviour of the weld metals, under the conditions of this experiment, and to determine the differences, and both method have a bencfical enlightenment of evaluating the fracture behaviour qunantitatively or judging the differences between the transition temperature curves, but the differences cannot be done by the method of the transition temperature curve. Both method are also very simple and easy, and their estimations fit experimental results very well. Finally, the fracture behaviour of the weld metals are simulated by using the mathematical method. This mathematical model can simulate the fracture behaviour well, in which the b parameter reflects the rate of the ductile - brittle transition behaviour.
