The frame and radical circuit of the switching power controller TOPSwitch-Ⅱ module, and the frequency conversion driving board by using of switching power controller TOPSwitch-Ⅱ module,and IGBT intelligent module are introduced.At last, it is presented that how to use TOPS witch-Ⅱ module and IGBT intelligent module by designing the circuit.
