摘要
运用因素分析法对构成急行跳远主要因素的专项素质和专项技术进行探讨 ,通过实验对比法所得的结果 ,来揭示在跳远教学中采用灵活多样的练习方法和教学手段的重要性 .
This essay probes into separate quali ti es and skills concerning hasty jumping by applying the approaches of factor anal ysis through results from experimental comparison method,revealing the importanc e of most effective means to develop the students' jumping abilities and to imp rove the jumping teaching effects.
