摘要
提出的多模态控制系统主要是基于变结构、自适应、分级模糊控制策略。首先 ,根据被控对象性能指标构造模糊变量集 ,再由该变量集构造模糊控制规则集并由此改变分级模糊控制的控制参数。在此基础上该系统辅以变结构及自适应控制使控制系统在大幅度改变给定值 ,及系统参数大幅度变化时 ,以改善系统控制品质。该系统实际应用于电加热渗碳炉的温度控制并收到较好的控制效果。
This article presents a multimode control system based on the concept of the variable-construction adaptive and hierarchical fuzzy control.According to the performance indices of the controlled object,the fuzzy set is constructed,then it constructs a set of fuzzy rules which is used to change the paprameters of the hierarchical fuzzy control.Based on the hierarchical fuzzy control,this system is added with the variable-construction and adaptive control to improve the quality of the system control when the set point and the system parameters are greatly changed.The system is actually used to control the temperature of an electric furnace and its effectiveness is better than the traditional ones.
