重复性结构模态综合技术—张力架动力分析

摘要 本文讨论了一种对具有重复等同性特点的结构进行动力分析的模态综合技术。这一类结构可分割为若干等同的部件,只要对其中一个部件进行分析,即可得所有部件的模态信息,然后按混合界面模态综合法进行综合,综合时根据诸部件对接界面的协调条件,导出全体部件和整体结构广义坐标之间的变换矩阵,除各部件的模态坐标外,只保留了一条对接界面的坐标。另外,为进一步降低部件的自由度数,本文采用分层二重动态子结构法将部件再次分割,先用对接加载模态综合技术进行综合以得出部件的主模态,再在此基础上进行整体综合,最后得出整体结构的固有频率和主振型。文章最后以经编机弹性张力架为算例,应用上述方法计算了前10阶固有频率和前5阶主振型,并进行实验测试,对固有频率的计算值作了校核。 This paper deals with the modal synthesis technique that is used to makedynamic analysis for repetitive structures.This kind of structures can be dividedinto a series of substructures that are equal to each other.According to thecompatibility conditions at interface points,the transformation matrix whichexpresses the relation between disconnected substructure coordinates and coupledentire structure coordinates is derived in this paper.This procedure eliminatesmost interface coordinates,so that the number of degree of freedom can effectivelybe reduced.In order to further reduce the number of degree of freedom,a two-stage modal synthesis method is used,that is,the substructures are further dividedinto multiple components.The natural modes of each component are determinedby the interface-loaded modal synthesis method.Finally,the method introduced in this paper is used to calculate the naturalfrequencies and the natural modes of a yarn tension compensation system of thetricot knitting machine.The first ten natural frequencies are calculated andcompared with the values obtained from the experimental approach.Theresults show that they are in good agreement with each other.
