摘要
由于齿轮刚度的时变性,传动齿轮的振动具有非线性振动的性质.本文研究了齿轮单齿啮合区和双齿啮合区非线性振动解和线性振动近似解之间的差异.发现不论是在额定载荷激励下,还是在加工误差激励下,两者的差异均较小.所以将啮合刚度在单齿啮合区内或双齿啮合区内作定值处理是满足工程要求的.
Qwing to the time-varying stiffness of spur gears, the vibration of transmission gears has the characteristics of nonlinear vibration. In this paper, the difference between the linear and nonlinear vibrational solutions of gears has been studied, both in the single teeth-meshing area and the double teeth-meshing area.We have found that the difference of vibration responses is small under either the load excitation or the error excitation. Thus, whether we deal with the mesh stiffness of spur gears in the single teeth-meshing area or in the double teethmeshing area as constants, we can meet with the engineering demands.
