摘要
目的 观察和胃降逆汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法 70例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组 42例和对照组 2 8例。对照组用西沙必利治疗 ,治疗组采用自拟和胃降逆汤治疗。 2组均 4周为 1个疗程 ,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率92 .86% ,对照组为 78.5 7% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Heweijiangni Decoction on functional dyspepsia.Methods 70 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups,28 patients in control group were treated with cisapride;42 patients in treatment group were treated with Hewei jiangni Decoction,with a treatment course of four weeks for both groups.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after one course.Results The total effective rate was 92.86% in treatment group and 78.57% in control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Heweijiangni Decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia.
