摘要
本文从聚酰胺纤维与蛋白质结构相似相溶原理出发研究抗菌整理的机理,采用变性整理和SC-875抗菌剂整理,封闭聚酰胺纤维的反应性基因。整理品经100次洗涤后,抑菌率仍为99％以上,对人体无过敏反应,不降低织物的物理指标和外观质量。
From the principles of the similarity and consistency in structure of polyamide fibre and protein, the mechanism of anti-mycotic finish is discussed. In which, modification finish and S(?)-875 antimycotic agent are used to close the reactive group of polyamide fibre. After finishing, the bacteriostatic rate can be up to 99% even after 100 times of washing. It has no reaction to human body and is no influence on the physical properties and apparent quality.
