基因治疗骨缺损的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 基因治疗是一种崭新而具有广阔前景的治疗方法,与传统的生长因子导入治疗相比,它可在一定时期内使局部保持一定的生长因子浓度,更有利于骨缺损的修复。基因治疗的途径有体外和体内两种,常用的生长因子为骨形成生蛋白家族成员。骨缺损的基因治疗须将治疗性核酸或细胞与载体复合植入体内,理想的载体应能够选择性吸附成骨细胞且降解速度与新骨形成速度相匹配,本文就此方面的进展作一综述。
