摘要
本文运用马克思主义唯物主义辩证法的理论 ,分析了“德治”与“法制”的关系 ,对正确认识、处理“继承”与“发展”、“借鉴”与“抵制”、“长远”与“当前”的辨证关系提出了自己的见解。
