摘要
驰名商标虽然在外延和内涵上较普通商标有所扩大 ,但其毕竟属于商标的范畴 ,所以 ,作为商标法法律价值的公平、自由、幸福、安全、秩序等同样是驰名商标法律制度追求的目标 。
Though the well known trademark is broader than the common one on extension and intension, it is still a kind of trademark. therefore, the equity,freedom, happiness, safety and order, as the legal values of trademark, are the goals pursued by the Well known trademark Law. But it puts forward a higher demand for the freedom and equity.
