摘要
苏东巨变被西方人称为“天鹅绒般的革命”(因其没有发生大规模的动乱和流血 )。“天鹅绒革命”是社会主义版的“经理革命” ,苏联及前东欧国家的经济发展在实际上陷入了一个“赶超的陷阱” ;苏东巨变在意识层面是以社会思想转变为动因 ,以颠覆性话语为手段的“思想———话语”型的社会变革。
The great change of the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries is called by the westerners “the Velvet Revolution” because there was no turmoil and blood. “The Velvet Revolution” is the “manager revolution ”of socialist format. The economic development of the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries was trapped by the “overtaking”, and the great change of the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries, from the level of the consciousness, was a “thought -parole social reform”, social thoughts being the social cause and subversion being the means. Its historical cause and the seemingly calm way calls for deep thought.
