电针自然呼吸和窒息家兔耳尖穴对膈神经放电的影响

摘要 对比观察电针耳尖穴对积分膈神经放电的影响。经22只家兔105次电针发现:在自然呼吸放电频率增加2.41±1.24次/10秒,放电幅度增大3.55±2.03mm(p<0.001);窒息兴奋期频率增加2.16±1.12次/10秒,幅度增大2.69±1.35mm(p<0.001);抑制期频率增加2.07±1.07次/10秒,幅度增大2.12±2.00mm(p<0.05)。上述三种状态下电针作用最长维持时间依次为26分钟、330秒和280秒。结果表明:电针耳尖穴有显著增加膈神经放电频率和幅度的作用。但随窒息加重有逐渐减弱的现象。提示电针耳尖穴改善呼吸状况,应早期刺激为好。 This paper observed comparatively the effects of ear elec- tro-acupuncture (EEA) in the 'Er jian' point on intergrated phren-ic nerve discharge(IPND). After105EEA the results were as follows : EEA increased the frepuency and amplitude of IPND. The data of the frepuency of the spontaneous breathing were 2. 41± 1. 24tines/10s,the anplitude3. 55±2. 03mm(P<0.001);of the frequency excitatory period2. 06±1. 12times/10s,the amqlitude 2. 69±1. 35mm(P<0.01);of the frequency of the inhibitory period 2. 07±1. 07tines/10s,the anplitude 2. 12±2. 00mm(P <0. 05),Thethethree periods above lasted respectively 26 min- utes,330seconds and 280seconds. The results show that EEA increased significantly the fre- quen-cy and amplitude of IPND,but it seems that the more seri- ous the asphyxia is , thr weaker thr effect is.
