摘要
本文从转变观念、树立创新意识和人才培养三个方面提出档案工作如何迎接知识经济的挑战。
From the three points of the changing of concepts,the formation of creative consciousness and the education of personnel,this paper presents that how the archival work can face the challenge of the knowledge economy.
