摘要
氯化亚锡在酸性环境中能把 97%左右的无机汞 (HgCI2 )还原成单质汞 ,使其以汞蒸气的形式逸出与诊断管中的碘化亚铜发生呈色反应。试验表明 :诊断管中的呈色深浅、色柱高度与检液中汞含量呈正相关 ,经方差分析 ,其不同含量的逸出率差异不显著 (F <F0 .0 5) ,达到定性和半定量的目的。
In an acid conditon stannous chloride can turn 97 per cent of HgCl 2 into simple mercury, which will escape in the form of steam and react with cuprous iodide in diagnosis tube and present color change. The presented experiment indicated that the shade of the color and height of the chromatic column in the diagnosis tube correlate to the amount of mercury positively. By Methodic Error Analysis, fugacity rates of mercury do not vary with the concentration of HgCL 2 significantly(F<F 0.05 ), which makes it possible to detect HgCL 2 qualitatively and semi-qualititatively.
