摘要
肥胖基因 ( ob)是近年来克隆的新基因 ,该基因产物 - Leptin(瘦蛋白 )是反映体内脂肪含量和调节体重的信号因子 ,具有调节摄食行为 ,减少能量消耗和降低动物采食量的作用。本文对肥胖基因的研究现状、结构、克隆。
Obese gene is a novel gene cloned recently, products of obese gene is leptin, which is signal factor affecting body fat content and body weight and can decrease energy loses and feed intake. Present situation, structures, clone, expression and corresponding factors of obese gene were reviewed in this article.
