摘要
搞信息化同搞工业化一样,既要依据各国必须共同遵循的一般规律,又要符合本国的特殊国情。因此,认真分析中国推进信息化的客观环境和主观条件,研究其主要特点,从中找出规律性东西,并把它体现于信息化的发展战略、总体规划、方针政策、法律和规章制度中,才能探索出一条有中国特色的信息化道路。
Information transformation is the same as industrialization, that's to say different countries not only obey the same general ruler, but also consider special condition themselves. So we must analysis subjective and objective condition of information transformation of China seriously and find out the special ruler of China, then we could explore a road of information transformation with Chinese characteristics.
